I BELONG initiative is a prevention program. The program is designed to help youth resist peer and social pressures that promote the use of drugs, alcohol, tobacco, early sexual activity and gang violence. The knowledge that you already belong to a community that cares is a powerful tool for resisting negative pressures. One of the over-all project goals is to get parents involved and strengthen families.
